All studio classes are semi private in a small group of maximum 3 people and the exercises are tailored to your individual needs.

All studio classes are semi private classes with a maximum of 3 people per class.


Every client will be working individually on a personalised program each week following different exercises.  The studio classes are ideal if you prefer to work on specific areas or if you need a rehabilitation program for small injuries or just simply prefer to work at your own pace.


In the studio class you will be working on different Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Wall tower. These machines all work by the same principals and use springs as resistance. Using different machines provides a huge diversity of movement options.


An initial Body & Movement assessment is required to tailor the sessions to your personal needs. Please refer to the pricelist for more details.
