 Meet Your Teacher
 Sabine Anderson

Thirteen years ago, Sabine embarked on a transformative journey, moving from Switzerland to Australia, where she has since built a beautiful life in Pomona, nestled within the stunning Noosa Hinterland, with her husband and two children. Her Pilates journey began a decade ago, following the birth of her first son. It was then that Sabine discovered the profound benefits of this movement method, which continued to support her through her second pregnancy, practicing Pilates until she was 8 months pregnant. Sabine has experienced firsthand the positive impact of Pilates during various stages of her life, but it was her first son's diagnosis with Marfan syndrome, a connective tissue disorder, that marked the most inspiring chapter of her journey. Strengthening the body became a crucial part of her son's treatment, sparking Sabine's deep-seated joy in teaching and guiding him through specific exercises tailored to his needs.

This personal experience fueled Sabine's fascination with the human body and the benefits of movement, leading her to study Pilates in depth.

Today, Sabine is a proud holder of a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology. She has developed a passion for helping others move with greater ease and less pain in their daily lives.  Sabine is dedicated to empowering her clients to reach their fitness goals, strengthen their bodies, and improve their physical and mental well-bieng through the art of Pilates.

When Sabine's not guiding Pilates sessions, you'll find her soaking up quality time with her family, spending time on the beach catching waves, or just relaxing and sharing laughs over good food with friends.
