Join us in a small Pilates mat class with a maximum of 4 people and experience the benefits of this amazing movement method.

Benefits of Mat Class

During a mat class we use traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises. It is a full body workout which helps to build a strong core, more flexibility, better range of movement and overall strength in your body.

Using your own body weight as a resistance makes the exercises challenging and helps to build lean and strong muscles. Regular Pilates exercises also help to improve your posture and  body alignment and it enhances your overall well being.


The classes are slow and controlled which helps to achieve the best result of the exercises.


Having a maximum of 4 people in the class allows us to be personal and hands-on, ensuring you get the most benefit of the movement.


The classes will be mixed up with different small equipment such as magic circle, roller, weights, pilates balls, small balls and different resistance bands.


A minimum of 2 people is required for the class to run
